In Progress: Our New Production Facility
Our first production facility will be completed in months! This facility will supply a small fleet of garbage trucks with B-100 Biodiesel, a clean burning, renewable diesel fuel replacement made from vegetable oils.
Just by putting Biodiesel in the tank, a giant garbage truck becomes as environmentally friendly as a Toyota Prius Hybrid. No modifications are required to the vehicle or the gas station supplying the fuel to facilitate this transformation.
Other Alternative and Renewable Fuels
After our first production faciltity has been completed, New Fuel Co. will be introducing a new type of fueling station here in Dallas. We will offer new alternative and renewable fuels to Dallas consumers. Our possible list of fuel includes Biodiesel, BQ-9000, Hydrogen, Methanol, and electricity produced by biodiesel.
The BQ-9000 program is the National Biodiesel Board's specification, which provides a set standard for all Biodiesel production and retail marketing. This program is still under development, and New Fuel Company is working closely with the NBB to ensure that the fuel we produce will meet the new quality standards. We expect to open our first refueling station by late 2006 or early 2007.
